The OT-C825a is Alcatel’s higher-end media phone that was on display at the CTIA Wireless show this year. Like the Elle 3 model that it shares most all of its specs with, the OT-C825a is a tri-band GSM device that supports the 850 and 1900MHz bands used in North America as well as the 1800MHz band used elsewhere in the world.
